How we use your information.
This notice explains what happens to your information when you use the Skill Stack website, complete the Skill Stack Performance Diagnostic, choose the free 7-day trial or save a Performance Capacity Review.

Who is responsible
Skill Stack Coaching, operated by Dariusz, is the controller of personal information collected through this funnel.
For a privacy question, access request, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, contact Dariusz on WhatsApp or call +44 7437 457619.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address when you request the 7-day trial.
- Your diagnostic scores, recommended starting skill and limited result details derived from your answers. We do not send the raw question-by-question answers.
- Your dashboard activity, chosen 9/10 action, schedule, likely obstacle, backup plan and daily completion checks.
- If you separately choose to save your Performance Capacity Review: your item responses, capacity and foundation scores, selected impact area, written examples, previous attempts and desired 30-day change.
- Your phone number only if you actively request WhatsApp reminders.
- Limited technical and security information, such as IP address, device or request metadata, used by hosting and bot-protection services.
If you finish the quiz but do not start the trial, Skill Stack does not receive your named answers. The result is calculated in your browser, and the result link is removed from the address bar after it is read.
Why we use it
We use trial information only to create your personalised dashboard, deliver the welcome message and short 7-day service sequence, save your chosen action and progress, protect the signup from automated abuse, and support the review offered at the end of the week.
Ordinary contact and service information is processed to take steps at your request and provide the trial. Because some answers may reveal information about physical or mental health, we rely on your explicit consent for that health-related information. The trial signup and optional Performance Capacity Review use separate, unticked consent choices.
The Performance Capacity Review is used to give you a whole-performance reflection and, only if you save it, to help Dariusz prepare for a coaching or review conversation. The fixed scoring rules organise your own responses; they do not diagnose a condition or establish the cause of a problem.
We use limited security logs where necessary for our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse. We do not sell your information, use your answers for advertising, add you to an ongoing marketing list or use your answers to train an AI system.
The 7-day email sequence
The emails are part of the trial you request: the dashboard email, short prompts during the week and the end-of-week review message. They stop with the trial. We do not use this consent for a separate newsletter or continuing promotions.
You can withdraw consent and stop the remaining sequence at any time by contacting Dariusz. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
How long we keep it
Your active trial record is automatically deleted seven days after you first open the dashboard. If you never open it, the record is deleted seven days after signup. The consent record is kept inside that same short-lived trial record.
If you explicitly save a Performance Capacity Review, it is held separately for 30 days from submission and then automatically deleted, including Dariusz's private call-preparation notes attached to it. This means the assessment may remain briefly after the seven-day trial record has been deleted. Completing the review without saving it does not send the answers or report to Skill Stack.
The dashboard also keeps a local copy of limited progress information in your browser so the experience remains reliable. It sets the same 7-day expiry and clears that copy the next time the dashboard is opened after expiry. You can clear the site data in your browser sooner.
Emails already delivered remain in your own inbox until you delete them. Hosting, email and security providers may retain limited logs or backup copies for their own short operational, security or legal periods.
Who handles the data
- Netlify hosts the quiz, results, dashboard, Performance Capacity Review and server-side protection layer.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the trial request is from a real visitor.
- Google Workspace, Apps Script and Gmail hold the active trial record and deliver the 7-day emails.
- Google Fonts supplies the site typefaces and may receive basic request information.
- WhatsApp and Calendly receive information only if you choose to contact the coach or book a review through those external services.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's recognised transfer safeguards and contractual protections.
Automated recommendation
The quiz applies fixed Skill Stack decision rules to suggest a starting skill. It is an educational coaching recommendation, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you. A no-clear-gap result is routed to a human review instead of inventing a recommendation.
Cookies and browser storage
This funnel does not currently use advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile uses strictly necessary security technology, and the dashboard uses local browser storage to keep your trial progress working. If advertising or analytics tools are added later, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before those tools are switched on.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain use, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Because the trial and assessment records are short-lived, contact us promptly and include the email address used for signup so we can find them.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue first.
Security and age
Dashboard and assessment links contain a long, random client reference. Treat yours like a private link and do not forward it. The signup is protected by server-side bot verification, the assessment only accepts an existing client reference, and public pages cannot call the underlying record services directly.
The diagnostic and trial are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit another person's health or contact information.
Changes to this notice
If the funnel, providers, retention period or marketing use changes, this page and the short notice beside the form will be updated before the new processing starts.
